There is nothing better to pair with a fab ensemble than an equally fab manicure so that is why I am so super excited about these new nail colors by Katy Perry for O.P.I!!! These colors are so much fun and will add instant flare to your wardrobe. I am especially excited about the Black Shatter color that you add on top. You apply one coat on top of a completely dried nail color such as her Teenage Dream, The One That Got Away, Not Like The Movies, and Last Friday Night colors just to name a few and as it dries it gives you a super cool shattered affect on your nails. The patterns vary based on how much you apply, but it gives a unique look every time. Check the picture for an example of the awesome shatter affect.
